I love all of your ramen dishes… Tantanmen is my favorite! I love the spicy broth, ground turkey instead of pork, and just everything about it! Keep up the great work!

I distinctly remember coming into Uchiwa Ramen after my first day of being in Berkeley. I was visiting from San Diego and was telling the owner it was my first time having ramen, he recommended I try the shoyu and it was amazing! Not only that, but their attention to customer service is impeccable, the owner was checking on me and made sure I liked everything i tasted. I have since come back and also had their tonkotsu which has become one of my favorites. If you're ever around the area definitely give them a try!
